FunGem is a web tool that takes a YouTube video URL and generates an AI-powered summary, quiz, and mindmap based on the video's transcript. The Service is provided "as is".
You must be at least 13 years old to use FunGem. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

The summaries, quizzes, and mindmaps FunGem creates are AI-generated based on video transcripts. We make no guarantees about their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
The original video content belongs to its creator. FunGem's generated outputs are derivative works intended for personal learning and reference.
FunGem's branding, design, code, and website content are owned by us. The "Made with FunGem" watermark on exported files may not be removed from free-tier exports.
You retain any rights you have to the YouTube URLs you submit. We claim no ownership over the original video content or its transcript.
FunGem is currently free during the launch period (3 months from launch date). When paid plans are introduced, we will notify users in advance. Pricing details will be posted on the website. All payments will be processed through Razorpay.
We aim to keep FunGem available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunGem and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero during the free period).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to FunGem at any time if you violate these terms. Since no account is required, termination may be applied at the IP or usage level.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FunGem after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides.
